About us
Telford plastics was established in 1982 by Mr. Dennis Hodgin to produce high quality machined components to all the industries like medical, food Processing, Automotive plumbing and many more in plastic materials such as PVC, ABS, PP, PVDF, PTFE, UHMW, PEEK, TUFNOL to name a few.
We supply a large range of components to customer specification from a simple roller and wheel to a more complicated part like a gear and intricate assemblies. We can supply from just raw material right down to the finished part, from a one-off prototype to a run of thousands with our CNC Lathes and machining centres.
With our CAD/CAM facility allows us to except a full range of drawing format files. With the investment over the years in our CNC machines we have built up the business to high standard our aim is to provide a quality, competitive service to all our customers this has in turn lead to us achieving the BS EN ISO 9002 in 1995. Our quality control management system promotes continual improvement.
With this in mind we are proud to operate a quick efficient competitive service to all our customers. With growth and investment in November 2004 we opened a second branch to specialize in CNC routing. This houses 3 brand new CNC router machine centres capacity of two 8ft x 4ft bed and 1 10ft x 5 ft bed.
